My resume details my background but let me give you a little more about myself. I have a lot of common sense which has served me well in all my years of residential and commercial construction. I am a dedicated worker and I am extremely loyal to my employer. I have a 5th wheel trailer and I have no problem traveling around the U.S. I am a self starter and desire as much information on a project that I can get. I don’t like mistakes. I am committed to getting projects done 100% on time or before.
I am a hard worker and a team player and have the knowledge, skill and desire to enhance today’s construction industry. I am a problem solver and as a superintendent, I encourage everyone around me to solve the problem, not to get upset because of a “kink†they ran into, I want to work together to solve the problem and keep the work area calm and project moving. I am very safety conscious. I have not had any accidents on projects I have been superintendent on. I also bring with me my hands on supervisory experience which I have found to be of the utmost importance for the advancement of the job and the moral of the people on the job. I have been given much respect, and have had many subcontractors go above and beyond their expected work and give 110% of them selves for me. I try to encourage them and let them know that we are all in this together.
Thank you for your consideration. Please feel free to contact me at 810-650-7050. I will be available anytime if you wish to call me.
Sincerely,
Tim Hering
